You guys all have your perfect days planned/described in such detail.
I never even thought about it in that much detail.
Hmm.. I think I just 'know' whether or not it's been a good/bad/perfect day.

Default A Perfect Day

A lot of us have been talking about the perfect day.* I was thinking, though, that a perfect day probably means something different to everyone.
For me, it means eating 3 healthy meals and 2-3 snacks.* Meals mostly lean protein and vegetables with fruit or veggies as snacks.* Minimal carbs, staying around 1200 calories and fitting in an hour workout.* No candy from the candy jar!!!

What's your perfect day?!

My perfect day would be getting up early and going for a nice long swim, eating at least 2 snacks of fruit and 3 small meals plus a fun snack like a Luna bar or small bag of pretzels, and getting to bed confident I can repeat it the next.

My perfect day looks like this:
- waking up around 9 am
- having a healthy breakfast (example: dried whole wheath toast with low-fat cream cheese, coffee)
- going to the gym and staying there for an hour (at least)
- having a healthy lunch (salad, or fish and veggies) with fruit as dessert
- studying the whole afternoon (I have a killer exam ahead of me )
- having a light dinner (soup or jogurt, fruit) before 8 pm
- studying, eating an apple or some cherries
- going to bed before 11.30 pm

I've been having a lot of perfect days lately, except for studying. I have to really start focusing on my school work.
That's it!

Wow....a perfect day means getting exercise in any way you can.* A swim would be the perfect relaxing thing.* A good walk and noticing things like you have never seen before.* Working off that one bad thing you ate today and making it a no no for now and forever...
Feeling like today really could be the start of a new old you....* Planning for good firends and better times!
