Low Calorie Receipes

Hey does anyone have any low calorie receipes. Easy ones that you can share. I count calories but it seems like I am always eating the same things..I am afraid after awhile I may get bored. I know I dont want to go back to my old eating habits..So send me those receipes are low calories ideas..Kathy
