Hi Guys!
I have been feeling particularly vulnerable lately, for those of you who follow my blog, you know why...with an upcoming trip, and a recent emotional hurdle...well, I guess I've been a little emotional lately.*
I haven't been OP and I haven't had any perfect days this whole week .* Still, I'm hanging in there and I'm off to go to the gym as soon as I'm done typing here.* So here's the deal...what do you think of maybe having a chatroom in here for those moments when we are feeling particularly vulnerable?
I'm thinking of suggesting it to Dr. Marc, but I wanted to know how many people would find that beneficial.
Let me know what you guys think.

There was a thread posted a while ago about that and I think Dr. Marc said he's working on it.* I think they are working on making many updates and changes, which may include a chat room.

Great idea!* I have had some baaaad days where only you guys can only understand, and know exactly what to say and how to say it.

I WOULD THE IDEA. I WAS ACTUALLY THINKING OTHER DAY THAT I LOGGED ON THAT MOST OF MY BUDDIES WERE ALSO LOGGED AND HOW I WISHED I COULD ACTUALLY TALK TO THEM AT THAT MOMENT.

boy we all need the space to handle the stress in life some days I want to cash in my chips and go back to my old life style of eating what I want. but I know you all are there for me and I will continue on my stone path to success

Well, I too wish sometimes we had a chat room. I* had a idea you can sit up a free chat room on Chat Rooms at Paltalk | Live Online Chat Community* and its free. I chat on there all the time and have alot of friends. I love to sing and we sing and laugh and have fun. I thought it would be great to have a room full of friends trying to lose weight and yet have some fun too. PS. I think a receipe section would be great on here to. For us who dont really understand healthy eating but yet could share some low calorie receipes..Have a great day, Kathy
