Default Keep Moving...

Time is Consuming, Alot of people wish they can get it off tommrow...Belive me when I say this, I get so frusterated with all the hard work, and then Each time I look at the scale and it reveals that All the Hard work has paid off. Right? So people are intemidated, Like me! I get so frusterated seeing these girls walking with there nice Jeans and Plain t-shirts with none of there fat hanging over the side and Im a total mess, I dream of being that on day ONCE AGAIN.

At the age of 15 I met a guy, and fell head over heels. When I met him I was 120 pounds. My mom recently brought a picture to me, when I was that small and she was like, Look how small I was like Yeah watch me, I;ll do it again. I have been small all my life up until I turned 16. I started gaining A little weight And my Then "boyfriend" Was like you look fine the way you are, and then I couldn't fit in my Size 9 JEANS, I was so ANGRY. But, It didn't phase me, but I knew where I was heading. At the age of 18, I got married, And I wanted a baby so bad, I gave up on exerciseing and totally letting my body go. at age of 19 I got pregnant. and got up to 230 POUNDs. YAH, It was ridicolous, and I would complain and Say oh I can't believe this, Ive gotten so big, and Ive never been this big before. And it was rough. After the Baby was born I went down to 200 pounds at this point I didn't care anymore, and Was serverly Depressed and Got back up to 232 pounds. So Here I am now, I am not 227 pounds, and I have been dieting and Exercising. It gets frusterating, Intemidating, and Discourageing, but when you meet people in your same position knowing your not alone, is the key. Taking Steps forward is better then Taking steps backward. I don't know if Anyone can relate to this, but the way I got so big was.... Okay, I would eat a brownie, and I would be like well I ate one, Why not eat another, and Before I knew it I was eating A whole Box of Little debbie brownies a day. EVERY DAY. it became so addicting. And It would be like that with all foods, " I might as well I already ate 2 other sevings, why not 3 I am going to gain Weight anyways!" ...The Truth be known, You can't think that way, or you will get into the trap of Obsession with FOOD. "Eat to Live, Not Live to eat." Okay yes Brownies, chocolate, Greasy cheeseburgers, Are yummy I admitt and the diet food is discgussting, But did ever think the reason why all these foods are addicting, and so good is because We ate them all of our lives? and Diet food is new to us. Like a baby, who can't stand trying new things because of the fact its different right? Looking at things a different way will help. The key factor is, To TAKE STEP FORWARDS INSTEAD OF BACKWARDS!

This blurb was very well put and very insightful. Thanks for taking the time to say this. I know it will make alot of us feel better. i was just thinking how "fat" I felt today because I had made goal but then put back on 6-7lbs of it. "TOM" is here and I am feeling yucky and bloated and my favorite pants are tight when I zip them right now. I read this and feel better so thank you.
