For me, morning is prob. the worst because I feel tired, but I've never tried it in the morning- maybe it would wake me up. At night time, I often get an extra energy boost, so I enjoy exercising then the best. Yet, I like walking in the hills during the day or at least before it is pitch black out, so that I can see. I also like swimming, but enjoy it at night as well, although I like doing it in the day time for the beautiful, bright, clear water.

While later is usually better for me for most exercises, last night I stayed up way too late doing this and that- not exercise- even though I knew I had to get up early this morning, so I'm tired, and I planned to work out this evening. I still plan on it, but am afraid it will affect my performance. *sighs* By the way, the reason I didn't exercise last night isn't because I didn't want to. I am trying to build muscle mass and heard I need to give a day or two between workouts to achieve this and I was planning on hitting the gym today.

Usually for me its in the afternoon, usually between the hours of 3-7. I get the worst "need" to eat at that time. And usually when i give in, I land up eating for that long too. Its horrible, but I'm getting better.

My hubby goes to night school so after our daughter is in bed is the hardest time for me. It's because I'm bored and lonely, I know but it's tough not to raid the fridge (even though there isn't anything exciting in there).

Evening hands down. I have 4 kids and it just gets so hectic and chaotic and LOUD...I just want to plop on the couch and eat and eat...it's like an escape.

I think after dinner is the hardest for me. I seem to get sugar cravings then. During the morning, I am optimistic that I am going to stick to my diet, and I am feeling so good. By the evening, I am worn out, and feeling snacky. My husband and I try to walk and that helps a lot, but then it makes it harder for me to get to bed ontime. So, just gotta go with the flow I guess.

night time is bad for me because I love to snack late at night.
all the sweets or chips I can eat. But how do you stop that craving?
if someone could give me a clue I would be so happy.

I'm jumping on the late night band wagon I've been getting a little better though. I've made a pack with myself not to eat after dinner. If I get a huge craving I'll have some fruit. Or I know this sounds silly but, I'll look in the bathroom mirror and say, "NO" really mean to myself out loud. It works! I also knit to keep my hands busy too. Someone else mentioned that and I agree...

In the evenings when making dinner-especially when I'm inclined to have a glass of wine.

Late afternoon to dinner time is hands down my biggest challenge. Starting at 3pm all the way to 8pm, I really struggle to stay on track.

For me it's evenings the kids are in bed and I start thinking about the fact that I want something krispy crunch and salty while watching TV or reading and relaxing before I doze off. I have tried the no eating after 7 but that seems to make me crave it more because it's off limits. Someone told me I should have sex before bed, thats ok on the weekends but hubby works out of town all week.
