Re: What time of day is hardest for you?..
For me, morning is prob. the worst because I feel tired, but I've never tried it in the morning- maybe it would wake me up. At night time, I often get an extra energy boost, so I enjoy exercising then the best. Yet, I like walking in the hills during the day or at least before it is pitch black out, so that I can see. I also like swimming, but enjoy it at night as well, although I like doing it in the day time for the beautiful, bright, clear water.
While later is usually better for me for most exercises, last night I stayed up way too late doing this and that- not exercise- even though I knew I had to get up early this morning, so I'm tired, and I planned to work out this evening. I still plan on it, but am afraid it will affect my performance. *sighs* By the way, the reason I didn't exercise last night isn't because I didn't want to. I am trying to build muscle mass and heard I need to give a day or two between workouts to achieve this and I was planning on hitting the gym today.
