Well tomorrow will be the end of the weekly challenge I think we should start picking our own personal challenges because for some of us water is something we always drink but unlike me I drink sweet tea all the time, and I\'m trying to change it up to water. So with that in mind think of your weekly challenge mine will be trying to get my water in again because I didn\'t get my 8 glasses in everyday but I did get some water in each day and thats better than usual. Some ideas could be to get your needed excercise in, resist the sweets, or no carbs. Whatever it is though that you know that is something you need to work on post it, and come in at least once that week and let everyone know how your doing. I think this is going to be a great motivation for many of us that are trying to fight those pesky temptations! Keep up the great work everyone!

Well I got in 3 glasses of water today. I\'m going to get my 8 in tomorrow though and try to continue this for the rest of the week. Drinking water is so hard for me. But I\'m sure once I get used to the taste I can do it. How is everyone else doing on there own goals?
