I think everyone has been busy - I know I have! Good news though, as of yesterday I have lost a total of 15 lbs!

Hi everyone,
I'm new, just started on the 12th. I was so frustrated trying to lose weight by myself & couldn't afford weight watchers or South Beach. Besides, I know I need to work out my own weight loss plan, that's what has worked in the past.
Right now I'm doing Pilates 5x a week, trying to make it every day. I'm running 2x week for 10 minutes, not much, but I haven't run in years, so I'm starting slow.
The best thing has been drinking all that extra water. I have 20 oz bottles, drink 2 in the morning, 1-2 in the evening when I'd normally be tempted to snack. Some days I'm up to 80 oz.!
That's how the first 5 lbs came off, now I'm working on the next 5.

Good job, and welcome to the group. I hope you like it. Im hoping things slow down so I can actually give the group the attention it needs. Any suggestions are welcomed.

Thumbs up Challenge of the week.

Fit in atleast 10 minutes of some kind of exercise each day. At the end of the week, let us all know how you did. Good luck!

How about we weigh in on Sundays? Does that sound good?

Thank you for setting up the challenge. I have been looking for something to sink myself into. I actually started my weightloss journey last year with the biggest loser. I got on the scale every Tuesday with them and it was great motivation. I even printed out some quotes from the show and posted them in my bathroom, office computer and at work as motivation.... I would like to join this challenge with you. "Trust the process, Believe in yourself, Change your life"
