Ok, well here we are for another week! I am going to try and stay as motivated as I can this week!!
Am pretty tired now, was at a training course today and have it again tomorrow. Was really interesting but tough going. So I plan on going out for a walk in while, gonna MAKE myself do it!!
Healthy breakfast today (weetabix, banana, 2 crackers). Lunch was provided at the course was healthy salads but ate a little too much and had a scone (jam, no butter!). Oh and the dessert was GREAT, lol. mini brownies and eclairs. mmmm.... i didn't over indulge but I know I shouldn't have indulged at all. Anyway, gonna cook a healthy dinner now!
Goals for the week:
1) exercise every day
2) stick to healthy foods
3) drink more water
