Default Team Amazing. Week 4! The daily post challenge!

Okay team. Let's try to post more. Try to get into the habit of communicating. Remember why we all joined this forum, to get focused.

We can do this.

What are your goals for this week???

My goals for this week!

1) Exercise. 4 days (weight and cardio)
2) Continue to eat more fruit and veggies
3) Limit sweets.
4) Water, water, water.

I know I can do this! P.S. I'm at 176 at last weigh in (Sunday).

Hi, I love the idea of a daily post. I am very happy I weight myself today and I've lost another 2 lbs so I have 5 pounds off. Its a miracle for me.
My goals: exercise at least three times this week, but walk at least 15 minutes each day, drink the water and watch the food.

Ok, well here we are for another week! I am going to try and stay as motivated as I can this week!!

Am pretty tired now, was at a training course today and have it again tomorrow. Was really interesting but tough going. So I plan on going out for a walk in while, gonna MAKE myself do it!!

Healthy breakfast today (weetabix, banana, 2 crackers). Lunch was provided at the course was healthy salads but ate a little too much and had a scone (jam, no butter!). Oh and the dessert was GREAT, lol. mini brownies and eclairs. mmmm.... i didn't over indulge but I know I shouldn't have indulged at all. Anyway, gonna cook a healthy dinner now!

Goals for the week:
1) exercise every day
2) stick to healthy foods
3) drink more water

Good to see you back on here. We can do this!!!
I think the little indulgences are okay, as long as we don't do them too often. Hope you got that walk in!!! Think of all the things you do different NOW than you used to. The healthy breakfast, the healthy dinner, the exercise. You are a changed woman. And chaning more every day. We can't be perfect, but we just need to keep trying to do well, trying to make better choices and not beating ourselves up when we make a bad one. We can't STOP living because we are on a diet. We can't never have an eclair again....can we? Should we?

I think your doing great!!!
