Hi everyone!!

Well I am back from my holiday. Sorry that I never got to log on here but I knew that I wouldn't anyway, was going to be way too busy and I was!!

I hope everyone is doing well. I don't have too much time to check up on everything right now but I am planning an evening of buddyslim going back through the forum and back through people's blogs! Hope everyone is well!

I ate lots and drank lots and made very very few healthy choices. At least I am honest, lol!!

My ticker says 192lbs and this morning my scale said 196. So there you go. It is my 25th birthday in exactly 4 weeks. And I want to see a change by then. I'm not going to put a number on it but I want to see a change. And the only way to achieve this is to put the effort in. So that is what I plan to do the next 4 weeks. Work hard. And with the help of you guys I know I can do it!

Glad to have you back. Hey a little fun is always OK and sometimes we just need the release but now its back to work. You are my inspiration so in 4 weeks on your birthday I hope that you reach at least below 190 lbs. Good luck and know we are here believing you can and will do it.

Hi, Bound to lose weight today - I'm soooo sick. I guess its the flu and I'm just not well at all. So I did eat breakfast some Cherrios and milk and then lunch was a cheese and cucumber sandwich but we'll see if I eat dinner or not. I'm desperate to lose weight but not that bad.

Sorry to hear you are sick.....breakfast and lunch still sound great and healthy though.

Accountability for today, Thurs 2nd July:

Breakfast: 2 weetabix and milk: 200
Lunch: 2 white pittas, tuna, sweetorn, mustard: 485
Snack: yogurt, grapefruit: 110

Dinner: 2 brown pittas, edam cheese, spinach
homemade soup/stew: pasta, chickpeas, carrot, onion, courgette, mushrooms, asparagus, pepper, tin of tomatoes, veg stock: 905

So total: 1700.

I think I overestimate some of these cals cause I didn't weigh the food or anything but better to overestimate than under.

I am happy with today, had LOTS of veggies which my body really needed after my week off!!

Oh and exercise: left the car at home today and walked when I could have driven: happy with this!! walked 40 mins to and from my work office this afternoon. And walked 45 mins to and from my exam this evening so I am happy with this!
Really busy tomorrow: working pretty much 9am till 10am Sat morn so won't get specific exercise in and might not get a chance to get on here but I will keep active and I WILL make healthy choices!!

We can do this!!!

Sorry I haven't been on here much ladies. I haven't been at home.
I lost another 3lbs this week , almost at my mini goal.
To answer your question I do something active everyday and eat 3 meals with 2-3 snacks as well.

Came on here to wish you guys a Happy 4th July but then I see that Janet and Jennifer you are both Canadian, ooops! Samantha, you will be celebrating I presume? Happy 4th anyway!!

I just posted a new blog if anyone wants a look! It's called "must stop the sabotager....." lol! and it refers to that stupid part of me that seems to want to eat everything bad and hinder my weight loss!!

Yesterday I think I ended about 1780 which is good, seeing as I was in work and usually eat more!
Breakfast and lunch today am up to around 900. So plan on making a healthy choice for dinner, will be in work so I'll try my best. Because if I don't try my best? who cares?! just me! i have to get into the frame of mind that I want this and this is what I have to do to get it!!

Hi there, We had our birthday for Canada on July 1st. Same kind of thing - day off work, fireworks and parties. Usually we have it over the weekend and so end up with three days off but this year it fell on the Wednesday and so it was only the one day off.
Jenn - great going and it must be exciting to almost be at your mini goal.
Marie - you are doing so well with your eating.

I've been better at the eating over the last few days and a little exercise. I really need to do more exercise to get the pounds moving.
Keep going girls we can do this I'm sure.
