Me today!

Well, I went out with my husband to a old fashioned village (tourist attraction). It was really nice. We did a good amount of walking (my guess, 1.5-2 hours).

Healthy breakfast (all bran, skim milk)
Lunch was only 1/2 a scone that we shared. Made there, all fresh and organic ingredients. Food was so good in the past, so real!!! Mmmm!

Anyways. I'm at work, so still have to have dinner. I've had a lot of water today.

Hi gals, I've been into a new thing by dr. Dwyer and I wanted to share it with you because it is changing some of my ideas about weight.
The first question he asks is to ask yourself the question "is it True?" I struggled with that one because my immediate answer was well yes I'm fat and overweight. but then I thought more on it. I started to realize that yes I'm fat but the truth is I'm allowing it to be that way. I've been thin before and so is it true really or is the real answer only probably. That made me realize then that I could start to change my mind set on that issue. Deep thinking stuff for me at least. I'll let you know the next step tomorrow.

Sounds like you've really got thinking on it.......good work!

I think my ideas weight hold me back and make me view things more negatively than they are sometimes too!

Hey, how's everyone today?

jennifer, ended up making a veggie omelette and a pita bread for dinner, with some spinach leaves on the side. A low fat yogurt after.

Wrote a new blog yesterday with a little update on my day, had a nice compliment which was good.

So today had the second day of my course. Eating went well. weetabix and milk for breakfast. Usually have more but knew from yesterday i'd eat the scone at 11am at the course so I didn't and ate the scone (brown, with jam, no butter!). Was happy I thought ahead a little anyway. Lunch again some salad and a mini quiche with bread. Smaller portion than yesterday. Did have the dessert again, 2 tiny brownies (maybe 1/8 of a normal one each!!) and 2 profiteroles! Met a friend after and had 4 bottles of coors light (100 cals each) so had small dinner: 2 pittas (240) 2 slices cheese (120) small tin tuna (80) 440 total. Had low fat yogurt (70 cals) and 2 satsumas.

Went for a good 50minute walk last night. None today but did walk 25 mins to the course this morning and back again this evening.

Not working tomorrow so will definitely get a workout in, maybe even swimming again or the gym? have wanted to go for ages!

So am happy with today, not perfect, but then again I'm not so I don't expect this. Tomorrow will be a good day!

Saw some pics of myself today from last summer, WOW! I have changed!!! my face and neck are SO much slimmer. YAY!

Hope everyone has a good day!

Way to go Jennifer. Do you know about this weeks challenge? To log on to our group everyday. Hopefully that can help us all to stay focused.

It's so nice when people notice our weight loss, isn't it. Great job on that walk...whew!!!

Hey team.

Had a pretty good day. Ate okay (out of milk so breakfast was a challenge). Lunch was a win, I got a healthy pita instead of Taco bell (yeah for a good choice). I often let 'price' influence, but this time I put my health first!!!! Woo-hoo!

About 50 mins of walking today. I bought a food processor for making healthy things.

Tomorrow is finally a day off and I'm going to do a good workout.
