I went for a 5 hour walk today (that's some exercise).

I also got some fruit in. Watermelon, yum. and an Apple. But I defiantly need more.

I had a 'day off' for real. Oh how nice, it feels like the first one in a long time.

I'll post a new thread for next week NOW. So go there if you've read this.
