To be honest guys my eating hasn't been great lately - I need to make sure I stick to my meal plans properly but it's been tough. I really think starting regular exercise will help a lot though cuz it will be extra motivation to stay away from chocolate cuz I will want to avoid undoing my good work!!
I am going to start swimming soon - gonna go twice a week for an hour each time. Mondays 10:50am-12 is ladies only so gonna go 11-12, then thurs evening ladies only 9-10pm and when my friend beth finishes college for summer she is gonna start coming with me on the thurs. Tues evenings, Wed and Fri mornings I want to do at least 30mins on either the treadmill or exercise bike. Then when I go to my boyfriend's on alternate Saturdays we will go bike riding, and most sundays I will go for a walk with my mum.
I have decided to miss my weigh-in tonight cuz my mum has gone away this week with some friends so we will both go to the group next week and stay for the meeting. I will plan out all my meals tonight and STICK WITH THEM!!
I MUST GET BACK ON TRACK!!
Hope you guys are doing better food wise. Any tips for avoiding unhealthy snacks?
