trying to get back on track to keep up with my grandkids....

i'm here Michelle...just a little slow at getting on....hope your day was a good one.

30 wall pushups , 25 set ups on stayball ' , 100 x's body shapping stepper , 50 front arm circles , 50 side arm circles , 50 over head arm circles , 70 thigh toners, 25 setting leg raises , 20 x's over handed and 20 x's under handed on the power glider , 60 arm stretches to the sky , 50 each arm hanging arm circles , 50 x's on the airgometer stepper , 50 punches , 100 x's throwing 3 lb ball back and forth , 20 x's 3 lb ball arm curls , 20 x's push and 20 x's pull on the cardio fit , 40 chicken flaps , 30 side bends , 60 side twist , 45 knee raises , 100 x's ab swing , 30 shoulder rolls , 60 arm scissors , exercise bike....35:22 minutes, 159.3 calories , 8.4 distance


don't know what i will get done this weeken..i have to watch my grandkids. and husband will be out of town...so it may just be me....but i'll try to do something.....

boy what can i say about today. it has been one crazy day that is for sure. i was left here to take care of 4 inside dogs. needing to go out every 3 hours....there is 8 birds to take care of and 1 hamster....today my daughter-in-law brought my grandkids up to be with their dad. who didn't get off until 5:00...when he gets home he is no help. couldn't get him to do anything, but watch the clock until time for him to leave. i ended up giving baths and changing diapers to...so hopefully taking out the dogs and changing diapers count toward exercises to...lol
because i didn't get in much else wise...
but here is what i did get in.....
30 wall pushups
60 front arm circles,
60 over head arm circles
60 side arm circles
60 side twist
30 side bends
40 arm stretches 2 sky
30 each arm..hanging arm circles
20 setting leg raises
40 knee raises
40 chicken flaps
40 shoulder rolls
70 arm scissors
50 punches
45 leg scissors

Wow! sounds like a zoo there gwen! I'm sure it was good for calorie burning I'm happy today...I lost 2lbs this week

today was not a good day for me...my nerves were really bad. and it seems like all i did was eat. i didn't even log down my food intake. was so busy taking care of the grandkids and dogs and birds. i finally did get in some exercise....but i feel really tire.

30 wall pushups , 40 knee raises , 50 over head arm circles , 20 side bends , 40 arm stretches to sky , 50 punches , 30 each arm hanging arm circles , 40 shoulder rolls , 50 front arm circles , 50 side arm circles , 50 side twist , 60 arm scissors , 40 chicken flaps


congradulation on loseing the 2 pounds this week Michelle .....you are doing great....

food intake was..1243 calorie, 47.3 fat , 100.4 carbs

so today was a pretty good day.
