welcome to our group. glad to have you with us.

hi Rebecca

i know what you mean. i just wish i could get me body to join my inside.
if i could get them both going in the same direction i could do alot better.


as for the day i got in 35 wall pushups, and i ran up and down basement steps alot today. still going through boxes i have in basement. trying to get things put up.
eating is still in progress. slowly.
when i think i'm doing good, it back fires. hopefully haveing the grandkids this weeken will help me get in some exercises.
i sure hope so.
didn't get in much today as far s regular exercise.
but i did get up and move alot today.

man today i went way over in my carbs. stay good with the calories and fat count. 1377 in calories, 25.5 fat and 229 in carbs.

for today i did.

10 min. rejuvenique -ultimate facial toning system...helps with the crow feet and winkles lol
40 knee raises
40 arm scissors
40 wall push outs
40 punches
40 armstretches to the sky
40 front arm circles
40 side arm circles
20 side bends
50 side twist
30 chicken flaps
20 toe touches
40 over head arm circles
rake my yard out side with my grand son
and i walk 10 laps outside..my husband measure it off ===equal 1 mile

today i blow leaves out side
30 wall push outs
50 arm scissors
25 min. medi rub massager for feet
50 side arm circles
55 front arm circles
40 over head arm circles
40 side twist
20 side bends
treadmill......30:05 min. 130 cal , 16.3 carbs, 1,034 distance

still haveing trouble with my back and right leg and knee
but still trying to get in some of my work outs
hope everyone had a nice weeken

today i did

50 over head arm circles
20 side bends
50 side arm circles
50 front arm circles
50 arm scissors
50 side twist
50 reaches 2 the sky
50 shoulder rolls
50 punches
30 knee raises
20 toe touches
40 wall pushups
25 min. on medi rub foot massager
30 minutes on treadmill...30.minutes, 135 cal , 16.8 carbs, 1,011 distance


my weight today is 197 pounds.
i join fatsecret.com...
and sign up for Deb's fabulous challenge...going to work out at least 3 x's a week...15 minute each..it is 4....6 weeks...started today and will end dec 21.

i stay in my goals today....took in 1106.5 calories, 25.4 fat , 156.9 carbs

i'm going back on my diet of 1800 calories, no more than 60 fat, and 180 in carbs
also had 13 cups of water...that is a new one for me

today was the first day of the challenge...so far so good.
hope everyone else is doing good.

edit hot dogs


i found i can still have my hotdogs...

i change from my classic bar - s chicken franks
which has 130 calorie,11 fat, 4 carbs , cholesterol -45 , sodium 520 , protein 4

to

ballpark bun size smoked white turkey franks

45 calorie, 0 fat , 5 carbs, cholesterol 10 , sodium 420, protein 6


this saves me .....85 calories , 11 fat , 35cholestrol , 100 sodium


and instead of a bun i use

xtreme wellness tomatoe basil torilla wrap...
71 cal, 2 fat, 5 carbs , 0 cholestrol, 234 sodium, 8 protein

this is compare to a regular hot dog from the sonic...1 hot dog

258 calorie, 15 fat, 21 carbs,23 cholesterol, 241 sodium, 8 protein


to make my hot dogs i use....2 hot dogs

2 smoked white turkey hot dogs ....90 cal, 0 fat , 10 carbs
2 tomatoe basil wraps...142 cal , 4 fat , 10 carbs
1 slice sun dried tomatoe basil cheese...70 cal , 5 fat, 2 carbs i split this between the two hotdogs
1 tbsp..sweet relish....0 cal , 0 fat , 0 carbs split between the two hotdogs
1 tbsp ketchup....15 cal , 0 fat, 4 carbs split between the two hot dogs
1 tsp..kraft free mayonnaise....5 cal , 0 fat , 1 carb split between the two hot dogs

total....322 calorie, 9 fat, 27 carbs

i get 2 hotdogs..just have to add 64 more calories,,and 6 extract carbs

and it makes a good dinner....it feels me up.

i'm working on ways to cut most of my calories, and fat and carbs, but at the same time i'm able to eat the foods that i like...so if you are reading this and have some good ideas to share, i would love to hear them

power glider....20 x's over handed , 20 x's under handed
30 leg raises setting down
60 thigh toners
50 x's ab swing
walk at food lion - roses--dollar store,,,,this is extract walking i ususally don't do every day


total food intake for today was.....
1000 calories , 27.9 fat , 94.8 carbs

We are so in this weight-loss thing together--I had a pretty good week up until Thursday and then had such a craving for CHOCOLATE. Unfortunately, had none in the house, so ate any and everything else that wasn't rotten or tied down--LOL..we need to stick together--Nancy

Hi ladies! I was wondering if I could join in? I have a Personal Trainer trying to get out . I'm a personal trainer that gained weight with my 2 pregnancies . Crazy isn't it!

welcome to our family. glad to have you here with us.
i have done about 45 min. walking today so far. my right leg is hurting some.so may not do anything else.

when i crave chocolate i can drink hot chocolate with lite cool-whip and it helps. they have the 25 cal. hot chocolate.
i look forward to shareing tips with you girls.
