wow...it looks like we are really getting slow here...i know i have been lazy. and
i gain 1.8 pounds last week. but i know it was my fault.hopefully i will do better this week.
today was weigh in and yes i did gain. but tomorrow is a new day.

remember girls i have been lazy. so i'm haing to build my legs and arms back up. so hopefully i will be back on track better with the workouts.
