today was a hectic day. not much of a workout. unless you count running around.
what little bit extract i did get done was climb 144 steps, logg my husband inventory for him...manage to get the carpet swept off my basement steps.
i got in some leg exercise by mopping up half of my kitchen floor with wet paper towels. when it isn't to dirty. i just mop it with my feet instead of dragging out the mop bucket.
and i manage to get in 90 wall pushups.my eating was not the best in the world today. hopefully today will be better.

i weigh in today..197.4 pounds a weight lost of 4 pounds this week.
doing good so far.
hopefully i can keep it going down. you girls know i have been having problems with the 195 mark. i always go back up. i hope it will jump pass it this time. keep me in your prayers.
i was having problems with my leg knee giving out on me today. but i got in some workout.
100 arm scissors, 21:01 min. treadmill, 30:18 exercise bike, 20 overhanded and 20 underhanded on power glider, 30 on cardio fit machine, throw 3 lb, weigh back and forth 100 x's, did 25 each arm with 3 lb weights stretches to sky, 20 arm curls with 3 lb weights

today i got in for my exercise....
exercise bike,,,,30:25 minutes
power glider....20 x's underhanded 20 x's over handed
30 x's on the cardio fit machine
100 x's on the airgometer stepper
40 x's ab lounge sport
throw 3 lb ball back and forth 100 x's
20 x's each arm...stretches to sky with 3 lb ball
20 x's arm curl with 3 lb ball
bounce ball 306 x's before messing up
treadmill....30:01 min,

my eating was better today.

Hello ladies. I had a great vacation week last week. I got a lot of things done that needed to be done and had a great weekend in Harrisburg. As for weight loss though not so good. Despite taking one of my vacation days and going hiking, I managed to gain 4 pounds on my vacation. My daughter was in a pageant in Harrisburg and I was running her around like a mad woman. I only got to eat 2 meals a day which were at burger joints nearby the hotel and then by evening, I was famished and the only thing available was snacks that the hubby so graciously bought at the drugstore down the street (cookies and chips). I am back on track though. I already lost 1 of the pounds that I gained in just 1 day of being back on. I honestly thought that with all the running around that I did that I wouldn't have gained that much. Oh well, it is what it is and now I have to deal with it. Hope you all have a great rest of the week.

wow...it looks like we are really getting slow here...i know i have been lazy. and i gain 1.8 pounds last week. but i know it was my fault.hopefully i will do better this week.

today was weigh in and yes i did gain. but tomorrow is a new day.

i took in 9 cups of liquid
1 pkg. slim quick
4 3/4 oz. raw cucumber
4 5/8 oz. red tomatoe
1 tbsp. bacon bits
pepper, parsley
2 slices veg. fiber white bread
3 1/4 oz. banana
1 tbsp. kraft free mayonnaise
1/4 c. shard cheddar cheese
1/2 c. egg starts
1 tbsp. bacon bits
3 3/8 oz.red tomatoe
5 1/8 oz. raw cucumber
25 cheez it crackers
milk shake made with 4 tbsp. strawberrie ice cream- strawberries frozen-1 banana- skim milk

workout.....
20 side bends
50 chicken flaps
40 shoulder rolls
100 hanging arm circles each arm
100 each arm side circles
100 arm scissors
exercise bike
30:19 min. 124.7 cal. , 6.24 distance
40 wall pushups
100 x's body shaping stepper
100 x's throwing a 3 lb weight ball back and forth
20 x's each arm with 3 lb weight reaches 2 sky
20 arm curls with 3 lb weights
treadmill
30:01 min. , 124 cal., 15.5 carbs , 0.997 distance

remember girls i have been lazy. so i'm haing to build my legs and arms back up. so hopefully i will be back on track better with the workouts.

today i had
2 pkg. slim quick .....boy this really makes me get up and go. i feel like i have all kinds of energy...
2 boneless chicken breast
iceberg lettuce
finely shredded sharp cheese
imitation crab meat
2 flour tortillas
2 tbsp. spring roll sauce
6 spoon fulls of waffle cone ice cream
strawberry shortcake with coolwhip small cup
potatoe salad
steam cabbage
raw cucumber
tomato slices
green peppers

30 wall pushups , 20 toe raises, i work alot in my kitchen today, and help burn brush outside. clean out 7 bird cages

all in all had a good day.....

Hi everyone. I keep forgetting to check in with you. I am walking everyday and am feeling good about staying on track.

Gwen, what are chicken flaps? I do arm exercises too. maybe I need to do 100 daily of each because what I am doing is not working so well. I do arm rotations, and just stuff I make up. I do 20 reps of each. How are your arm exercises working for you? Are you noticing results?
