Default Fitness Survivor WEIGH IN

On Saturdays...weigh in here and don't forget to give me your total # of inches (very important). Remember to measure.........
Chest
Waist
Lower abs
Hips
Thighs
Arm
Add all the measurements together and post only the total number of measurements.

I'm starting off at 145 Weighed in 1 day early and lost 1lbs this week . Will post measurements tomorrow.

Good Morning I guess I'm the first one awake on this beautiful Sat. morning! My starting weight is 238 and my total inches is 186.5.
Those number are pretty depressing but they'll be smaller next week!

I'm at 235. will get my inches to you shortly! ( Going away w/hubby today! )

question- out of these three measurements- this one is confusing-
Lower abs- is that below my hips?

Sarah - That'a below the belly button hun It's the largest part of your belly below the belly button. Here's how to measure guys.........

Chest - Position tape accross nipples and measure with no bra or the same bra every time you measure

Waist - Position tape accross belly button

Lower Abs - Position tape on the largest part of your belly under the belly button.

Hips - Position tape around the largest part of your hips (usually directly over your crotch )

Inner thigh - Position tape about 1-2" below your crotch (I know...sounds lovely) It's the largest part of your thigh.

Arm - Position tape half way between elbow and shoulder (bicep)

Make sure you weigh and measure FIRST THING in the morning BEFORE you've drank or eaten and after you go pee. Weigh with NO cloths on. This way...you'll be sure it's accurate every time .

Here goes! My weight is 144. my total inches is 204.5.
Go team 1!!!!!!!!!!!
I am going to spend the day with my mom. Oh No! I dont see her very often and she is a great cook!

Measurements = 185.5 inches

Goodmorning everyone! I weighed in at 165 this am-no change for me for this week. My total inches were 192.5. Here we go!!!

I weighed in at 242 this morning, and my total inches were 229.25.
