I'm sorry I haven't been posting any recipes yet. I think I have the lowest number of points on our team, so I feel like a slacker. I have been doing well with my workouts, eating, and water, though, and my plan is to spend some time posting some recipes &/or tips this afternoon and Friday while baby is napping. Thanks for being such awesome buddies, though! I'm surprised at how "into" this challenge I am. It really is having an affect on the choices I'm making. I keep thinking about the weigh-in this weekend, the extra effort I've put forth in my exercise this week, and the number of points extra I am earning by drinking my 8+ glasses of water each day, etc. I am REALLY excited to see how the weigh-in goes this weekend, and I'm already planning what my personal goal will be next week. I think we are kicking some booty!

You, my friend are not a slacker! The working out and the water is great! You'll get to the rest when the little one is quiet...it is all about life changes and you are sooo doing that! You should feel really good about yourself!

Ok...11 glasses of water down the hatch and 55 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes strength training...plus the 16 recipes for the day!

Awww, thanks! I just posted 5 recipes, so I feel a little better now.

Hope everyone had a good Wednesday!

I've gotten in my required 4 work outs for the week, so now I don't have to worry about elimination!!! Also got in my water for the day, and posted some receipes to add to the Survivor Sisters points! Only a few more days till the weigh in/inches... I'm really looking forward to seeing how I did!!! My personal goal of getting to bed every night at 10 has been hard, but I've stuck to it! I can't wait till Friday night so I can stay up (haha haven't been this excited since I was a kid!)

How's everyone doing? If anyone needs anything just let me know this is an awesome team and we are already kicking some major butt! Hopefully we all can keep this up, so we can all stay in this challange!

Wednesday

6:45 AM - 2 miles of walking equaling 40 minutes of exercise
11:20 AM - 15 pushups - 2 mins
2:00 PM - moved 300 lb couch outside by myself - 15 minutes
3:30 PM - 15 pushups - 2 min
6:15 PM - 2 mile walk = 40 minutes of exercise
8:30 PM - 15 Pushups - 2 min

45 pushups (personal weekly goal)
101 minutes of exercise
Got little over 70 oz water today

Awesome job! Looved the 2 o'clock work out haha! I know what that's like (I'm a constant furniture rearanger!)
