Sorry I missed ya last night, I will add your 15 points from yesterday to todays totals! LOL I really agree with you on those girls from BL I think everyones feelings on them is the same! It's really a shame that they have that attitude, and I hope neither of them win with it.

Good Morning Sistas!!! Thank goodness it's Thursday! After today only one more day! Don't know about you guys, but it's been a super long week for me and I'm very much looking forward to this weekend!

Does any one here watch Survivor?

6:15 AM - 2 mile walk equaling 40 minutes (Fitness Survivor Exercise = 20 minutes of exercise)
10:30 AM - Balancing Exercises (Fitness Survivor Weekly Personal Goal)
2: 30 PM - 20 minutes w/exercise ball (Fitness Survivor Exercise = 20 minutes of exercise)
4:15 PM - 2 mile walk equaling 40 minutes (Fitness Survivor Exercise = 20 minutes of exercise)
8:30 PM - 20 minutes w/exercise ball (Fitness Survivor Exercise = 20 minutes of exercise)

No Recipes
70 oz of water = +5 pts
120 minutes of exercise = +30 pts

Total pts for Wednesday Oct 22 = +35 pts

I'm not sure if I posted of not for yesterday. I got in 45 minutes of walking, and 72 oz of water. So far I am reaching my weekly goals, I just need to keep it up tonight for the bedtime, and reach my weight loss goal, which I wont know til Saturday, but I'm crossing my fingers!
