I know we're officially starting tomorrow, but here's my personal goal for the week:

I want to exercise for a total of 225 minutes (or more!) this week.

Is this where we post our weekly goals? If so, mine is.... I would like to go to bed at 10 every night next week! (except weekends) Sleeping is important for weight loss, but yet I never get to bed early enough. Good luck to everyone on thier goals!

I think so. We post our personal weekly goals here, and then we post in the "points" thread if we met our goal for the week or not.

My weekly goal is to get to bed by 11:00 every night, Monday to Thursday. This is actually going to be pretty tough for me, but I will try my best! I know how important sleep is!

Hey Gals!!! I'm super excited to start this week, looks like we have a great team! Best of luck to everyone. My personal goal for this week is to take "me time" at least half an hour a day. Hubby's gonna have to deal. I need it for stress relief and to just feel human again. The first year with a new baby is so wonderful but so hard! I think it'll help me relax and refocus each day which is what I need to get this weight off!

Hi ladies!! In the spirit of keep up with you all I am gonna post my goal for the week now as well...

My goal is to do resistance training 3 times this week in addition to my usual cardio...

Hi guys! Team #1 is down one member Isabelle dropped out. We're still going to carry on though....The game isn't going to stop before it gets started!
