I met my personal goal for last week, and I had more than 4 45 min. workouts.

My goal for this week is to incorporate strength training into my workouts. I want to do at least 3 20-min. sessions in addition to my regular workouts.

I posted this already in the weigh-in thread, but I was up a pound this week. I can't seem to get out of the 240s, and it is REALLY frustrating! I'm glad we're keeping track of inches, though, because I lost 4.5 inches. I'm not sure how I gained a pound and lost that many inches, but oh well. I'll take what I can get! Hopefully adding the weight training will boost my metabolism.

Good luck, sistas!

Edited to add:
I'm starting to think salt is the culprit. I was thinking about what I've eaten the last few days, and it's loaded with salt - even the "light" salad dressing I've been using has TONS of sodium in it. I had tuna with light mayonaise and lots of veggies (and lots of sodium), low-fat pizza (again, lots of sodium), etc. I'm going to try to cut back on the sodium this week and see if that makes a difference. If not, I'll keep a food journal and see if someone can help me analyze what I'm doing wrong. LOL

So, my goal for this week is two fold - NO eating past 8pm, and NO eating at the computer or in front of the television!

WEEK 2 PERSONAL GOALS:

#1 Drink at least 64 oz of water daily
#2 Workout 5 days this week, even if it's just walking time
#3 Lose 2 lbs to be at 203 next Saturday
#4 Get to bed by 10:00 Sunday-Thursday, I'm working the next 2 weeks, so I know I'll need the extra 1/2 hour, but I will still be able to get in 7 hours of sleep a night.
