Girl, how can you do that much exercise in one day??? I would be falling over! LOL

It sounds like we've all been doing great with week 1! I am really excited about the weigh-in/measuring tomorrow morning! I can't wait to see how we all did!

FYI, if you haven't checked the updates thread lately, Michelle made a new rule - we still earn points for recipes, but starting tomorrow, there will be a 2 recipes per day limit. I posted 8 just now. We will also earn points for every 20 min. we exercise, starting tomorrow. I really like that new rule!

Good luck, sistas!

I think that new rule from Michelle is great too! I was starting to try and figure out how I was gonna find time to keep posting at the rate I was for the recipes...plus I like the idea that the more exercise we do the more points we can get...that is really what this challenge is all about right - getting motivated and DOING something...LOL

Ok...great job this week Sistas - lets hope that reflects on our stats tomorrow...

I agree, the recipes were getting to be a bit much... and I like that we get points for every 20 minutes of exercise, that is awesome!

So far my week has been ok - honestly, I have had a bit of an off week mentally speaking. I have worked out 5 times at 60 minutes each, and have gotten in all (and more) of my water every day - but I have had crazy cheese cravings ALL week, and have a feeling I have had too much. Plus, I am feeling totally bloated, swollen, and crampy because my TOM started yesterday. So, I am not sure that I will be losing weight this week - but I know that I have done my best given my situation, so that is all I can do. I guess we will see how it goes tomorrow.

I practically was..........LMAO............this is not the norm for me.........my personal weekly goal for this week for the Survivor challenge was to do NO LESS than 40 pushups per/day..........I really didn't think I was gonna be able to keep it up much longer......but I just finished the last of them about an hour ago...........(TGIF is all I gotta say) .....and paying for it now........shoulder is killin me...........believe me, my next personal will not be PUSHUPS.

The two 2 mile walks is the norm..........I do these everyday and am getting ready to go on my 2nd one for the day.

The fitness class was something new...........I will be doing that every Tues and Thurs from here on out.

I'm sorry you've had an off week. I also fight cheese cravings all of the time. I crave cheese more than sweets, chips, bread, etc. It's really weird. I have to be really careful when making salads and such that I don't over-do it. If you find something that will satisfy this craving, please let me know. The only low-fat cottage cheese I like is Prairie Farms, and I've never found a low-fat cheddar or American cheese that I like. I do like the Laughing Cow Garlic & Herb Light cheese wedges. I sometimes have these with a few saltines. Since they come individually wrapped, it's instant portion control.

Don't worry ... this is not the only weigh-in of the challenge. My TOM will be next week, right in time for weigh-in #2. You've done great with the exercise and water, though, and that in itself is an accomplishment when it's that TOM and you feel yucky.
