My update for Tuesday:
I did my 45 minutes of exercise (actually over an hour today); and drank 8 glasses of water.

It's been a long day for me, no exercise but I usually take Tuesdays off since they're my long workday and my husband is off. I got in 45+ on Sat and Mon though, so no worries. I did get all my water in today, so hooray for me! This is probably it for me tonight, but I wanted to check in. Have a great night!

I am really glad you all liked the BuddyBABES thing! I thought it was funny and it stuck. I was even thinking about having a weightloss group someday called the buddyBABES but I like being a Rockstar way too much. So, let's all work hard at being what we really are BUDDYBABES!!!

Michelle: I was thinking about how overwhelmed I am and then you have to go and look thru all the threads and count up who sent the recipes, who drank water, who posted the tips, and how many and OMG, my head was spinning! So, we actually have it pretty easy! I remember sending in my measurements but I am going to double check to make sure I sent them to the right thread haha.

I forgot to do my goals for the week! My goals for this week are to walk everyday but last Sunday. I just started doing sit ups last week, and I am going to add more sit ups every other day. I did 120 yesterday and tomorrow am shooting for 130. Another goal I have is to get me in the size 18 jeans in a pic for my default.

Stacey, great job on the sit-ups! That's AWESOME!!!

I did another 45 minutes today and also got my water in. I'll try to post some good recipes soon!!!

LOL...Thanks hun Yes...I put A LOT of time into this challenge everyday. It's not easy with a husband that works in Alberta (He's gone 3 weeks out of every month), 2 small children, a 50 acre property to maintain etc etc.. It does keep me motivated though and on track. The bonus to it is helping others achieve thier goals

I did 100 minutes ( second day in a row! ) and have 9 glasses of water down already. Just don't ask my knee
