Hey girls!!! Just a quick FYI-I've got family in town, so I probably won't be on much this weekend, but I'll be back full throttle on Monday!!!

Anyway, I've added everyone to my buddy list, so hey buddies!!!

My goal for this week will be to continue on my losing streak of losing at least one pound per week. If I can keep up this steady loss I'll be happy with that. Aside from that, the hubby and I are going away for the weekend, and I'm going to really have to be strong to eat healthy and not blow it while we're on the road and eating out all weekend!!! That will be my biggest challenge!!!

GOOD LUCK TEAM #1 (Not that we need it!)

By the way Joy, great job on the running!!! If you keep it up, you'll be surprised at how quickly your endurance will build!!! I used to not be able to run to the end of the block, but now I can run two miles!!! I love running-it's great!!! It feels good and also burns a TON of calories!!! Keep it up!!!

ONE more post-am I right in seeing that we're down to 5 people on this team? It looks like Isabelle has dropped out. Just want to make sure I didn't miss anyone adding you all to my buddy lists and sending my notes for those extra 10 points!!!

Hey you guys We are down 1 team member Isabelle dropped out! We're going to need to pull together this week guys to get our points up and do well! I'm working hard at trying to get another team mate...hopefully I can get someone by the end of today.

Also...I'd like to have our Team name by the end of today....please place your vote or give some ideas

My starting weight is 229 lbs, and my starting inches are 223.5. My goal for this week is not eat after 9pm. I know this may sound easy for some, but I am a late night person, I'm regularly up til 1 or 2 am, and my husband works til 10:30 or 11 most nights and then wants to eat when he gets home, so it's very difficult for me not to eat when he's chowing down!

Got my 45 minutes of exercise in today That's one day down and only 3 to go to avoid being up for elimination I did 45 minutes on the treadmill, walking 3.3 MPH.

Note to all - Make sure you post your exercise and water intake here on our team thread. Lets Rock this Challenge!

Hope everyone got thier water in today! I got 10 glasses in, adding +5 points to our team
I also got one day down for a 45 minute workout I did 45 on the treadmill.
