Oops...sorry about that Jen...I know you asked that question before

. Here's the measurements and how to measure.....
Chest - position measuring tape accross nipples and either wear the SAME bra every time or no bra at all.
Waist - postition tape over belly button with no clothing in the way
Lower Abs - position tape a couple inches below your belly button ( the larger part of your belly)
Hips - position tape around the largest part of your hips.
Thighs - position tape around largest part of thigh...usually about 1-2" from your groin.
Arms - measure the arm you use the most- if your right handed...measure the right. Position tape accross bicep...about half way between elbow and shoulder.
Add all the measurement together and post the grand total

. TRY to measure in the same place every week with no clothing.
