Soo.. this week I lost 4 pounds and 1 inch. I am happy with this considering I have been sick all week. I am really surprised about it actually - considering I only worked out 3 times, and didn't really stick to my diet plan. But, I will take it!
I plan to change up my exercise routines for December - to prevent a plateau. I am not sure if I should just add more exercise to it, less exercise to it - or what. Your advice would be appreciated!
OHHH - AND I am super psyched because I only have 10 pounds to go to reach my mini goal!!! I have lost 29 pounds so far! YAY! I realized last night, that I could be under 300 pounds by 2009!!!
So I made a goal to lose 10 pounds by December 31! I would LOVE to start 2009 in the 200's!
