THE PHOENIX - Weigh In

I know I'm posting this thread early but I wanted to do it before I forgot

. This is where we'll weigh in every week

Don't forget your measurement too!

Tip- Weigh yourself every week FIRST thing in the morning...no cloths...after you've gone pee and BEFORE you drink or eat anything. This will be easier for you to track as food, beverages, and clothing will ALL make your weight fluctuate. GOOD LUCK ALL!
