Hi for the longest time ive struggeled with loosing weight.
i used too be so depressed about it, and it wasnt just depressed about being over weight.
even the little things like trying too buy cloths used too really get me upset.
trying too find something that fits and then going in those little dressing rooms would drive me crazy.
well i started this new diet about 6 months ago and ive seen the best results that ive ever seen before.
ive lost 78 lbs. so far and i ave. about 8 too 12 lbs. every 11 days its great.
