Exclamation Let Me Out !!!!!!!

this is for anyone wanting to let their inner self out and need support. i have a little girl in me dyeing to get out. so each day i try to help her reach her goals. together we are working hard at it. we both have decided to take it one day at a time, and not beat ourself up if we mess up .as long as she is still inside me she is safe and has lots of cushion to keep her warm. lol
if you need support and want a friend to share your journey with then please come on in.

love to meet you all.

hi Joy

i had to do them in rehap, because of my back. and legs..it builds up the inside of your thighs..you can use a ball or pillow. put it between your legs and squeese it as many times as you can. you can do this while watching t.v..or while you are on the computer...
hope you decide to join me here...you are doing great..very proud of you..hugs gwen

ohh I see! I've done that with my exercise ball..very hard..

I'm trying to (once again) get back on track because I really want to lose this weight while I'm still young.. I've been obese ever since I can remember and I dont want it to continue! I'm terrified of getting diabetes... which I'm at an extremely high risk for (my grandmother on one side had diabetes and I got a disease from my other side which increases my chances of diabetes) plus I really want to be healthy!

I look forward to getting to know you

Gwen, I would love to join this group.
Joy I know what you mean. I have got to lose this weight, my family history is full of diabetes. There is no one over the age of 40 in our family that doesn't have it, they are all over weight too.

Hi! I am finally getting back on track and trying to lose this weight, my family calls it baby weight but after 3 years I can't really blame it on the kids anymore. I am trying to walk 30 minutes a day and I have a taekwondo class on tuesdays. My biggest problem is soda, I'm an addict! I also forget to eat breakfast until I'm eating lunch for three.

my grandmother lived with us when I was growing up and she used to give herself shots, and it always terrified me, I think this is one reason I'm so paranoid about diabetes.
