progress report for last week challenge.

meet 3 of my goals.....

treadmill....30 min. a day.

total....247.83 min......1612.1 calorie , 114.4 carbs , 7.482 miles

exercise bike...30 min. a day.
total...310.69 min...62.78 miles , 1467.5 calorie. new bike has no fat cal count on it.

40 miles in one week......exercise bike......my total 62.78


extract...
neck stretches....6 days
600 arm circles
200 wall pushups
836 climb up and downsteps
280 shoulder rolls
400 side twist
130 leg lifts
460 arm stretches to sky
160 side bends
560 pillow crunches
560 arm scissors
66.4 cups of water


well i hope to be able to do the same this week or hopefully more.
really need to work on taking in my water. i miss it by one day.

my challenge this week will be....


reach 40 miles on bike
30 min .a day on exercise bike
30 min. a day on treadmill
8 cups water or liquid a day
logg my food intake

goal for food intake will be set as follow.

1800 calorie , no more than 60 in fat , 180 in carbs
need to really work on this one. haven't been logging my food calories in a long time. just been writing down what i ate. so hopefully this will help.
i'll also try to add some extract workouts if i have time.

2 slice veg, fiber whole wheat bread...70 cal , 0 fat, 17 carbs
yellow mustard....0 everything
1 slice swizz cheese....70 cal, 5 fat , 1 carb
18 chips....mesquite kettle cooked...150 cal , 8 fat, 16 carbs
1c. slow churned rich & creamy yogurt ice cream.....200 cal , 6 fat 34 carbs
1 pkg. chex strawberry yogurt....100 cal , 2.5 fat , 18 carbs

total for the day......1004 calorie....31.6 fat .....138.2 carbs....

did good today..hope i can do good tomorrow. they are going to try and put my new windows in. so i will have to try and work around them.

well i did good today. just about froze to death. hard to work out when you are cold and it is raining out side.
didn't get my windows in today. have to wait again. what is going to happen next weeken.

anyway, here is my list for today.

food intake....
2/3 c. all bran cereal
1 c. vit. d. milk
2 grilled mesquite chicken fillets
1/2 cut baby corn
1/2 cup. green beans
1/4 c. garlic potatoes
35/8 oz. steamcabbage
2 5/8 oz. raw cucumber
2 tbsp. reduced sugar ketchup
1 pkg. chex strawberry yogurt
2 slices veg. fiber whole wheat bread
brown sugar ham
1 tbsp. no sugar added p. butter
1 tbsp. sugarfree low cal. jam
18 chips...mesquite kettle cooked
10 cups of liquid

total 4 the day.....

1288 calorie , 40.3 fat , 136.9 carbs

stay within my limits today.



exercise....

bike.......44:40 min
20 wall pushups
120 climb steps

not much of a workout today. hope to do better tomorrow.
