The food devil lives with me too! I know better...I'm just not doing better.

Today I started the morning with tea instead of a Coke. That's a huge step for me, and I had grapes for a morning snack instead of junk from the vending machine. I need to stick to this all day!

hi MJ

i'm trying to have all bran ceral with 1/2 banana for breakfast. 1 c. of whole milk..it seens to fill me up better.
my work out for this week is to move stuff around the house. most of it has to be moved to the basement. they are going to be putting in new windows. so i'm getting in alot of different kind of exercises. lol
i feel it...maybe we will get back on the right track.
maybe we should try kicking the food devil around some, maybe then he will give up on us and move on to someone else.

I overeat when I am stressed, and I have many extra helpings of stress right now! It's no excuse though, and something I have overcome to lose weight in the first place, so I am just really disgusted with myself right now for giving in.

I don't have a bike or treadmill. Would the same amount of time at some other form of cardio work for the challenge?

Small challenge-----march 5 - 12

For people who don’t have exercise bike or treadmill….I have added a few more things you can sign up for.
Feel free to join us.

Here is a link to it…..starting over

Neck stretches……you will just check this one off if you do it.
Small arm circle……hold arms straight out beside you and make small circles. Count how many you do.

Count how many of these you can do. A day. Then we will add them up at the end of the week to see who wins…..

Wall pushups , shoulder rolls , side twist , seated legs lifts , arm stretches to sky , side bends , pillow crunches , arm scissors , 8 cups of water a day

If you walk any where you can add that to…….outside , grocery store , ext.

Everybody think of some exercises we can add on our next challenge..
Remember you don’t have to do all of these. Just the ones you want to start out with…. Just add a little at a time………
We are all here to support each other………..
Have a great day. Hugs gwen
