(Extreme) Fat Smash?

I was wondering if anybody else was doing this diet, or if there was a group for it?

I noticed the South Beach (which I have done before lol) and a couple other diet groups, and I'm in one of those weight loss teams (GO Fitness Fanatics! Woot! )... and so I have tried to start this diet (which overall seems pretty simple to stick to, I like how it lays everything out for me), but it's always nice to talk to people kind of going through the same things...ya know? Or, if I can't find a group.. anyone interested in starting one? Hehe. Let me know!!!
