Been doing good all week, except for the potluck. I did have on banana today, first sicne last week. But still been good on it.

I just got back from Ohio on Tuesday and then had class on Wednesday and thursday still trying to unwind, unpack etc. only to head out to Ohio again on Saturday whew.....so I'm just living from day to day!!
