Todays a busy day for me, going to babysit my 4 nephews...leaving @ 7am...and won't be back until 9 pm.....so sorry if I miss you guys today..I will however stop in via cell phone, when I get a moment to breathe..hmmm 5 little kids in a pool and one, me...who wants to place bets? Can I just say I now know why, I had my two girls 13 years apart...probably wasn't just fate! Holy Moly, girls...whatever you do, do not ever go into battle without your armour! I happened to make it back to the beach...just barely...lol and I forgot to mention the dog! Somehow, I managed to stay on track with my food, and as for exercise...does head-spinning count? lol Yes I got exercise in yesterday. Hi Beach Buddies...I have fallen off the wagon. I hope to regroup and refocus and will sit down this weekend and get my goals written down. Sorry for lacking in the support department. I promise to get back on track...

Would you guys recommend starting at phase 1 or continue on phase 2?
