Hi!

Can I join?

Can anyone help me out. I am so overwhelmed for Phase 1. I need help figuring out what I need to eat , and what to avoid. I did the Atkins diet, and had success, but this seemed to have a lot more variety.
I have 3 kids , one being a newborn, and wondering if there is any easy meal plans for me. Thanks everyone!
