hi Everyone! I just starting Phase II now as well. Did anyone notice a real slow down when starting Phase ii with weight loss???

Hey Angela! Sorry, we have been really busy with this new house. No diamonds for me right now. I will be lucky to get cubic zirconia at the moment! LOL

Christine, I did notice a slow down with the weightloss while doing phase 2. They say you should still lose 1-2 lbs a week on phase 2. I always do phase 1 except for Sundays. Sundays are mostly phase 2 for me and then one cheat meal.
Well, I have to get some sleep.
