Hummus is my favorite thing in the world

but it has to be made well and you need to be careful because it can have a lot of oil in in depending on the brand you buy. You might try making it yourself even, then you can sort of tweek things until the flavor is to your liking! for phase 2 it's great with carrot sticks.
So, I made it through the weekend without cheating! I even found the best "mocktail" for happy hour, the Fresh Lime soda. Its just limes and seltzer water and they have it everywhere here. I'd never heard of it but I checked and it is okay with phase 1 so I was pretty happy about that! much more subtle than getting a pint of diet coke or a bottle of water! haha!
I'm feeling good about week 2 of phase one now.
