I haven't had time to revive it, but I will first chance I get. Maybe next week since I won't be working anymore!! AND maybe next week I can be a little truer to SB. Oh, who am I kidding? I can't...I have way too many lunches and dinners planned!! Argh!! I am being more careful though and it's beginning to pay off. Thanks for being so loyal to the forum!

Welcome back!

Okay ladies....and gents (if there are any). I've decided to give SB another shot. Especially since I didn't give it a fair chance the first time around. Pluse Jo reminded me of it....lol Thanks Jo.

I have to admit, I was happy seeing my weight go down when I first started SB.....but life took a sharp turn on me and I think left a sour taste in my mouth for SB at the time. It's funny how that can happen.

I'm going to give this a good fighting chance to prove to me that I can and will do this once and for all.
I have a goal to meet.....4th of July will have family visiting. I would like to lose approx. 10-15 lbs by then.....but will be happy with any loss.

So here I go again...... sunbathers....lookout.....big splash coming! I start tomarrow!

In order to keep us going and support eachother, I'm going to copy something from all the WL teams and I will do roll call every week.
Let me welcome Belle and Annia back!! And Kama, thanks for your loyalty and for not giving up.
I want this place to be one of support and one in which we can tackle whatever obstacles we may face TOGETHER. So before we start again, let's talk about what made it difficult for us to stay on SB to begin with and also what you liked most about it.
I am also thinking of having challenges for us and like in the WL teams, we can post our weekly goals. ANY and ALL suggestions on how we can improve the forum will be much appreciated it. THIS IS NOT my FORUM, it belongs to each and everyone of us. I want this place to be OUR safe haven.
I also want to know what each of us has been up to since we left the forum, that way we can put our heads together and have a successful turn-around!!

I'm so ready. The best thing about it is that I feel so much better, and not near as hungry.
The worst thing, is some of the food restrictions, have had to buy different pasta and bread and limit my bananas. But been doing it awhile now, and am doing good with it. But on the whole, I love it!
