Well, I stay home with my kids and I struggle with Breakfast myself. I HATE eggs.....but I did find a recipe that I like that has eggs in it. It was a 'dinner' recipe but I make in the night before and have it for breakfast for a few days.
I will find the link for you. You can heat it up and eat pretty quickly.

Also....If I have leftovers from Dinner, I eat it the next day for breakfast too.
I really recommend that above recipe though. I really like it and I am no fan of eggs but this one is good.

What's going on in here? Seems a lot of us are back on the beach full force on Monday and I, more than anyone here is happy to hear that, since I fell off the wagon and I can't seem to get on. Good news....my costume arrived...it's smaller than I thought and it says that it fits up to 160 lbs. So I have exactly 6 months to get there....and I WILL. Call me Officer Naughty, that's what the name tag on my costume says my name is!! Hheheheh!!

I've been doing the South Beach Diet with my husband for 3 and 1/2 weeks. We're staying on Phase 1 mostly though. Although he does cheat now and then.
I've also been going to Curves lately, although my energy levels have been a bit down lately... mostly due to taking lingzhi to speed up my weight loss :-)
