Just wanted to share my new motivation with you guys. I just ordered my Halloween costume...I have 6 months to fit into this sexy little number!

Hey guys....I made chili the other day and it was delicious.
All I did was get the extra lean turkey (1 lb.), one can of kidney beans, one pack of chili seasoning and two 8oz. cans of tomato sauce. It was 100% SB friendly and boy was it good. As you may know chili cheese fries are my thing (one of my many weaknesses) but this actually tastes just as good. I topped the chili with reduced fat shredded cheese. I also had it in a chili cheese dog. 98% Fat Free Hebrew National hot dogs on 100% Whole wheat bun! It was yummy and you couldn't really taste the difference!

Dessert.....one cup of sugar free chocolate pudding, one small banana, and fat-free coolwhip. So....first I cut up 1/2 of the banana, put it in the glass, put half of the chocolate pudding over it, topped that with one spoonful of coolwhip, layered the rest of the banana on top of that, layered the rest of the chocolate pudding and topped it with more cool whip-----OH SO GOOD and withing SB guidelines.
