It seems kind of quiet in here....c'mon guys, let's melt this fat away! Summer is almost here, bikini season gals!! Let's welcome our Kama to the beach, she starts on Monday!

For those of you who are competing in the LONGEST LOSER contest, please report to the new thread, it's under Weight Loss Challenges and it's called LONGEST LOSER. You don't have to the on the beach to participate. All you have to do is lose something every week to stay in the competition. I lost .7 lbs. this week, so I am in.

Thanks, can anyone give me some tips? I am reading the book, and there is so much to learn! How hard was it to get started? Expensive? Do you have to buy alot differently? I'm concerned, because I really want to do this, and I'm on a very limited budget. Also do you have to do the exact menus he gives? I wokr full time, and this would be hard to do at work. Any tips???
