How about exercise? I can still keep doing the same 3-5 days a week, right? Just wondering since I'm eating less carbs.

Absolutely, eat to your heart's content.....there are some things that are limited, like dairy and nuts and sweets (sugar free jello for example), but everything else allowed is fair game! Exercise is still the same, some people experience less energy, I experience the opposite. Keep doing what you're doing now, you may have to slow it down a notch or two!
