Jo, I will be HONEST here. I HATE to run. I have been doing it for the past 2 weeks but only in intervals. (Just started back up again) Today I ran 1.15 miles straight through and while that might not sound like much, it is too me.
I normally run for 5 mins, walk 2 and then run again for 5 and so on....
We can walk in this marathon also. We have to keep up at least 16 minute miles. I can do that just walking. I'd like to run some of it though. I normally get in 7 miles a day. (well lately) (split up....4 miles early on and then another 3) but most of that is walking.
Oh yeah, the marathon is May 4th. :O
