I have moved on to phase 2 but if my weigh in this week isn't that great, I will be back on phase 1 again.

BTW: My sister in law convinced me to do a marathon. We are doing a 4 person re-lay but I am still scared. My part is nearly 7 miles and it is the first week of May! Ugh, not enough time for me! Any advice Jo?? Thanks!

What? When in May is it? How far can you run now? And how fast? Are they expecting a certain time? Oh, can you tell that you got my attention? I am super excited for you, but if you're not running now, I am concerned and although I would HATE to do this to you, I would discourage you from trying, because you could get injured. If however, this race is at the END of May, and you are ALREADY running regularly, then let's talk!! I have plenty of good, sound advice for you and I can refer you to a few wonderful websites for beginners. Oh, how exciting!!
Thanks for the encouragement girl, I saw those 2.8 pesky pounds I gained and I'm not messing around anymore, I have a goal to reach and I've been trying to reach it for years, but no more, this is MY year baby!! Mine all mine!! God told me not to worry anymore!! (read my blog :-) ).
