okay but it;s real lonely in the morning lol lol Anyway I;m taking off work tomorrow but not leaving for my flight until 1:00 p.m. I am so angry with my husband my car wouldn't start and he took my new truck to TEXAS!!! ugh I can't wait to get to Ohio...but it does feel good on the beach...so relaxing, but gotta go do some work. I'm back at the beach for a short time, (god I'm glad I decided to do this).....Got lots of work planned for the rest of the day....so I'll be back around 6 a.m. tomorrow.....sorry angela....hopefully I'll see you then.......and oh yeah, forgot....hmmm....I'm psyching myself up here now ladies...did my grocery shopping for the SBD and I'm just about ready to go....Friday will definately be the day......(oh God Help me through this please), I know I gained a little more weight this week....but I'm not going to stress over it!!..... I'm so glad this forum is here. I had some success with South Beach last year (but gained the weight back + some due to a hectic work and school schedule) and now I'm here to try it again. I have 3 days under my belt now and going strong! I bought a great SBD eating out guide that lists a variety of common (and region specific) restaurants, outlining suggested food for each Phase from each menu. I've found it incredibly helpful. Anyone who eats out or travels a lot should definitely pick it up!

lol that was me with the surfboard been out here on the beach all day playing by myself and flo not to worry you will do great on SOUTHBEACH remember if you are hungry eat just eat southbeach food. I lost 17 1/2 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks it works just stick to it and try a little bit of exercise. I am an exercise buff and love tae-bo and hip hop abs so i guess that helped but i know you will do great and can't wait to hear the good news. So bummed can't wait to leave tomorrow...now I'm trying to find someone to babysit this step-son of mine his mom can't watch her own kid ugh....Lord help me! I might not come back!!!
