I'd like to join all you wonderful ladies. I'm 24 and s SAHM for as long as it takes me to find a job in my field. Until then, I need something to fill my time besides food! Like some of the other ladies have said, I'm sick of the way I look and feel! I'm ready for a change! Good Luck to all!

hey welcome everyone...i've been m.i.a this week cause of getting my middle child into daycare and the gym and dealing with little miss preemie. i have severe water retention going on cause of the gym with the weights etc, its killing me cause i just want to see the scale go down as i can't measure the body fat so i have no idea what direction that's going in.

i'm off to the gym again today at 3. i started going on the 3rd and have missed 2 days.

I still "see" myself as that slim self - I still feel like her - but the mirror says otherwise. I'm going to need a lot of help on this journey but I am determined to succeed!
Its weird becasue, no matter how much weight i gain i still see myself as the same size too!!

I'm pumped! I went to the store and got an exercise DVD and some toning bands! I've worked with them before so I know this is something I can do! I'm going to start today while my daughter is napping. My goal is to work out every other day! I can feel the burn already!

i'm so bad. in order for my metabolism to wake up i need to get the day started between 7-9am but noooooo i didn't eat anything until 9.15 (my fibre 1 bar) which was supposed to be a quick tie me over until a bit later, yup and don't end up eating anything (except 3 cookies) at 5pm! no wonder the scale won't go down, i can't seem to get myself on a schedule, 3 kids home all day under 4 is tiring!

Hey, I am motivated this month too. I think we should set a date and weigh ourselves in... Unless you are all already doing that and I missed the posts.
3 days ago I was 141lb, aiming for 120lb. I know how easy it is to just put on weight. Eighteen months ago I put on in excess of 22lb in 10 weeks. I just ate and ate. Now that it has come off already I really want to achieve a healthy, happy weight and a high level of fitness. I don't ever want to go down the "live to eat" path again. I really enjoy my new healthier lifestyle, but sometimes I still feel the urge to just sit doen and eat half a block of chocolate. Anyone else get that feeling?
Anyways, lets stay motivated, and try and inspire each other in our healthy new lives!

Jay: I absolutely have been down that path, thus why I'm here wanting to lose the weight for the last time. I started on the right path last year and got down 36lbs and found out I was pregnant and the weight went back up and we had some complications so stress was high as was the amount of crap going in my mouth after we had her 10 weeks early. It's just been in the last 3 weeks that I've found my 'mojo' as we say around here, and I'm in the gym 5-6 days a week and weight training as well. My original goal was 114 then 127 but now it's 140 and fit and firm as hell, as my trainer and I discussed.

We could make official weigh in day Sundays maybe?
