BEST LIFERS WHERE ARE YOU?

Yes! I know that you are out there but I can't really find anything on the forum about the "Best Life Diet"!

We need a place where any "Best Lifer" can come and just be!

So good news this is the place!

I have been a Best Lifer since January 22/07...

And it would be awesome to be able to support eachother and share our thoughts and stories with other "Best Lifers" who will already know what the other is going through...

There must be someone out there that is on the Best Life Diet?

I am desparate and would love to buddy up with a Best Lifer!

Hi, I just got Bob's book at the library and want to try it out. I have not been able to find many ppl who are on this plan. Any insite since you have been on it a while. I would love to buddy up about it....
