Hey ladies. I hope they fixed your login problem Allison! I know Sue was having the same problem a couple of weeks ago.

So yesterday was a good day. We were busy helping a friend of mine move. It's actually funny.....she moved up here last year too from Pittsburgh so we hit it off very well. She started dating someone and low and behold that guy and Kevin have known each other for almost 30 years! So that has been great.

Food was good yesterday and I got all my water in for sure. I didn't even mearsue it, but I just kept downing it all day and night. Food today should be alright. It's Kevin's birthday and I have to make him his favorite cake for tonight....boston cream pie cake. We are having all the kids here plus some friends, there will be alot of different foods to choose from and I actually might just opt for a veggie burger.

Exercise is going to be nil again today....I just don't have the time. But I will do something tomorrow for sure.

Hope you have a great day!

Jen

That is cool that you found something good for you! I wish that Allison could figure out what is wrong with being able to post on here. I think Sue had to email them about it.
I did really good yesterday....I am sooo sore from playing badminton yesterday.
OH.....also, last night Nic had brought his Wii over and we were playing that for over an hour too....OMG my arms hurt from the boxing game.

I got an email from Allison saying she was unable to get on ..hoping she gets it fixed today. Yesterday was good food wise and got some exercise in. I even turned down lunch out with DS today and opted for him to bring his take out to my office and we just ate here with me eating what I had planned for lunch . He said he was going to start jogging 4-5 times a week and DD is wanting to do the same so I may jump on the bandwagon if they will not laught at me too much

Ok, so I'll admit to not really tracking calories since Thursday, which resulted in me being up a pound. I know I was good on Thursday because I had a salad at McD's and had even brought my own extra salad greens. Things got just so crazy last week, and then the weekend was nuts. Sunday I ate and drank freely. Monday, I was a wee bit hungover. But yesterday I got back to it. I spent most of the day at the pool with the kids, so only approved snacks there...I brought some canteloupe with me to snack on. And last night I made veggie chorizo with black beans and rice.

Today I have a PTO board meeting...the first and last one of the summer-to get everything set for the fall. And then I'm taking two kids to McDonald's for lunch (where I will be very good) and back to my house to play for the afternoon. I'll hit the gym this evening for cycling and weights.

I do need to up the veggie intake. I have been so lazy about making vegetables at dinner.
