Tea.* Also, I find that it's so dry in the winter I drink more water.* You can also try what I do when I find I'm not drinking enough and keep an*8oz glass in the bathroom and every time you go, fill up the cup and drink.*

Tea is good, as long as it's decaf.* Caffeinated drinks don't count as your water because they dehydrate you so bad.

The Crystal Lite definitely DOES count as your water.* There are no calories, no fat, no sodium...nothing except flavor.

Actually, I was reading a science journal and came across an article about caffiene and it said that people who regularly consume caffiene do not get dehydrated by caffienated beverages. Your body adapts to the amount that you regularly consume and the dehydrative effect is so small that you CAN count coffee and tea as part of your overall liquid intake.

I know this sounds weird, but crystal lite seems like..."cheating" to me...I don't think I'd adjust to it as being water too quickly. I'd always think I'm drinking like kool-aid, and think I need more water. :/
