i have heard some bad things about them. like the high sodium. and i have also heard(not sure if its true) but that anything at mcdonalds isnt healthy.

I like them, and the Newmans Light Dressings are awesome, but someone said they are high in sodium...My theory is its MUCH better than a big mac!

The salads themselves are great--but watch the dressing and the little "extras" they give ya. The do offer fat free dressing, which is good. But another idea is to carry your own--I love those Salad Spritzers because they're 0 points (WW).
